  • Je beschikt over een diploma verpleegkunde (Bachelor/HBO5/basisverpleegkundige).
  • Verplicht: Je bent in het bezit van een geldig visum verpleegkunde.
  • Je hebt een warm hart voor de ouderenzorg en leeft je gemakkelijk in de leefwereld van bewoners in.
  • Je werkt vlot samen in een multidisciplinair team, maar kan ook uitstekend zelfstandig beslissingen nemen.
  • Je bent communicatief, sociaal vaardig en benadert situaties met een oplossingsgerichte instelling.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en stipt in de uitvoering van je taken.
  • Verlenen van kwaliteitsvolle verpleegkundige en hygiënische zorg afgestemd op de noden van de bewoners.
  • Coordineren van de dagelijkse zorg en aansturen van het team zorgkundigen.
  • Observeren, evalueren en nauwkeurig rapporteren van gezondheidssituaties en zorgbehoeften.
  • Multidisciplinair overleggen met artsen, paramedici en collega's om de beste zorgplannen op te stellen.
  • Aanspreekpunt zijn voor bewoners en hun familieleden en zorgen voor heldere, empathische communicatie.
  • Bewaken van het fysieke en mentale comfort van de residenten binnen een warme, gezellige leefomgeving.
