Kies als verpleegkundige voor een vaste job - voltijds - voor een woonzorgcentrum te Blankenberge! Kom terecht in een warme omgeving vlak achter de zeedijk. Je werkt als verpleegkundige samen met een hecht team van zorgverleners en maakt dagelijks tijd voor persoonlijk contact met de bewoners. De locatie is vlot bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer, waaronder de kusttram voor de deur.

Als verpleegkundige werk je in shiften waaronder vroeg- en laatdiensten, en je werkt ook 1 weekend op 2. Je staat tijdens je dienst in voor de dagelijkse zorg, wondzorg en medische opvolging. Je bent daarbij een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en hun naasten.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een erkend diploma Verpleegkunde (Bachelor, Gegradueerd of HBO5).
  • Je beschikt over een geldig visum voor verpleegkundigen.
  • Je zet het welzijn van de bewoners steeds op de eerste plaats.
  • Je bent sociaal in omgang met collega's en bewoners en bouwt snel een vertrouwensband op.
  • Je werkt graag samen in teamverband en bent flexibel ingesteld.
  • Uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen, zoals wondzorg, medicatiebedeling en medische controles.
  • Aandachtig luisteren naar de noden van de bewoners en daarop gepaste zorg bieden.
  • Opvolgen van de zorgplanning en nauw samenwerken met artsen en andere betrokken zorgverleners.
  • Dienen als aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en hun familieleden.
  • Bijdragen aan een veilige, gestructureerde en aangename leefomgeving.
