Je kunt écht iets betekenen voor de patiënt op een van onze afdelingen binnen het snijdende specialisme: Locatie VUmc: Gastro-intestinale chirurgie/MDL Colorectale chirurgie/MDL Urologie/ Plastische chirurgie/genderchirurgie Locatie AMC: Traumatologie Vaatchirurgie/Mond-Kaak en aangezichtschirurgie Orthopedie/Plastische –reconstructieve chirurgie Samen met jou kijken we tijdens de selectieronde welk specialisme of welke afdeling het beste bij jou en jouw ambities past en waar je het meest nodig bent. Je gaat dan op één van deze afdelingen voor een half jaar aan de slag als verpleegkundige. Heb je goed je draai gevonden na een half jaar? Het overgrote deel van de verpleegkundigen die op deze basis bij ons starten, kunnen we behouden op deze afdelingen en vullen daar het eerste deel van hun carrière binnen Amsterdam UMC in. Uit ervaring blijkt dat deze afdelingen heel veel mogelijkheden bieden om je (verder) te ontplooien en een goede springplank vormen naar andere afdelingen zoals de SEH, IC en PACU. Je kunt rekenen op een goede begeleiding en een goed inwerkprogramma. Je bent als verpleegkundige echt de oren en de ogen van de arts. Je bent de (eerst)verantwoordelijke verpleegkundige voor de totale zorg van patiënten waarbij je actief bijdraagt aan het behandelproces. Naast de dagelijkse verpleegkundige verantwoordelijkheden verricht je allerlei verpleegtechnische handelingen (zoals wondzorg, drains, infusie met medicatie, pre- en postoperatieve zorg en controles). Je krijgt hier te maken met de meest complexe ziektebeelden. een diploma mbo-V of hbo-V, zowel _tarters als meer ervaren collega’s zijn welkom; beschikbaarheid van 24-36 uur per week; capacitei

om goed in teamverband te werken; sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en nauwe betrokkenheid bij je patiënt en zijn naasten; Wij zoeken voor deze combinatieafdeling enthousiaste, gedreven en empathische verpleegkundigen. Je bent leergierig, open voor ontwikkelingen, en wil samen met je collega’s de schouders eronder zetten. Als team wordt gevoel voor humor en directe, open communicatie erg gewaardeerd. Een contract voor 6 maanden met uitzicht op een vast contract. Inschaling in salarisschaal 7M: € 3.171 tot € 4.492 bruto bij een fulltime dienstverband (afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring). Daarnaast ontvang je 8,3% eindejaarsuitkering. Bereken hier jouw netto salaris. Vakantie-uren: 194,4 uur per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband en de mogelijkheid om uren bij te sparen. 100% OV-vergoeding. Kom je lopend, fietsend of met de auto? Dan ontvang je een vergoeding van €0,21 per km (voor de auto geldt een maximum van 40 km enkele reis). Kom je op de fiets? Maak gebruik van onze goede fietsregeling. Pensioenopbouw bij het ABP, waarvan wij 70% van de premie betalen. Gratis en onbeperkt toegang tot scholingen van onder andere GoodHabitz in onze leeromgeving. Een actieve personeelsvereniging én _ong Amsterdam UMC vereniging, die beide leuke (sportieve) activiteiten en evenementen organiseren. Wat de chirurgische afdelingen bij Amsterdam UMC kenmerkt is de nauwe samenwerking tussen medici, verpleegkundigen en ondersteunende disciplines, waarbij er veel aandacht is voor de patiënt en zijn naaste. Ervaren en minder ervaren collega’s werken hier samen, op deze complexe afdelingen. We doen het echt met elkaar en jij bent daarbij van harte welkom! We werken multidisciplinair; er is sprake van dagelijkse samenwerking met zorgassistenten, fysiotherapie, revalidatie, transfer en maatschappelijk werk.
