Je werkt binnen het structurerend leefmilieu, waar persoonlijke aandacht, een duidelijke dagstructuur, voorspelbaarheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Als verpleegkundige ken je bewoners, hun netwerk en collega's goed. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor je collega's en coacht hen in de praktijk. Je helpt collega's om hun kennis en vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Je bent onderdeel van het vaste zorgteam en werkt mee in de zorg. Je bent de ogen en oren van de afdeling. Je signaleert ontwikkelingen, bespreekt deze met collega's en zorgt dat de juiste zaken worden opgepakt. Je werkt nauw samen met verpleegkundigen en wijkverpleegkundigen binnen andere leefmilieus. Werken volgens de principes van een structurerend leefmilieu is volop in ontwikkeling. Als verpleegkundige heb je daarin een kartrekkersrol. Samen met de bewoner, het netwerk en collega's werkt het team aan het vormen en volgen van een passende dagstructuur. Zoveel mogelijk zelf doen en het behouden van eigen regie zijn daarbij belangrijk. Als verpleegkundige coach je hierop. We zijn een warm en betrokken team waarin we er echt voor elkaar zijn. We luisteren naar elkaar, denken met elkaar mee en halen het beste in elkaar naar boven. Naast hard werken vinden we gezelligheid en een fijne sfeer minstens zo belangrijk. Samen zorgen we voor een plek waar je je welkom voelt en met plezier werkt. Op 't Hoogveld is een vertrouwd en levendig ontmoetingspunt in Sint Anthonis. Bewoners hebben een eigen appartement en kunnen elkaar ontmoeten in de gezamenlijke huiskamer. Vrijwilligers en familieleden zijn nauw betrokken en helpen mee aan een warme, huiselijke sfeer.
