Voel je thuis als verpleegkundige Bij Zorgpartners gaat het om veel meer dan zorg. Het draait om leven. Als verpleegkundige ben jij een onmisbare schakel in het multidisciplinaire team dat zich inzet voor mensen met dementie en zeer ernstig probleemgedrag (D-ZEP). Je werkt methodisch en draagt actief bij aan het achterhalen en behandelen van de oorzaken van probleemgedrag. Zo help je onze cliënten om hun kwaliteit van leven te verbeteren. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, observeert en rapporteert nauwkeurig, en hebt een belangrijke rol in het signaleren van veranderingen in gedrag en gezondheid. Samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines werk je aan een veilige, stabiele en warme omgeving voor onze bewoners. Functie-eisen: Waar jij thuis in bent Maak jij graag het verschil voor mensen met dementie en zeer ernstig probleemgedrag? Prinsenhof is op zoek naar échte mensen-mensen, met een groot hart en een gezonde dosis empathie, om persoonlijke en goede zorg te kunnen bieden aan onze bewoners. Sta jij stevig in je schoenen en ga jij een uitdaging en een dynamische werkomgeving niet uit de weg, dan is Prinsenhof de ideale werkgever voor jou! Verder heb je: • Een diploma MBO of HBO Verpleegkunde (niveau 4 of 5); • Een geldige BIG-registratie; • Bij voorkeur ervaring of affiniteit met de psychiatrie (doelgroep D-ZEP); • Een goed ontwikkeld verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en flexibiliteit in werktijden; • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding.
