Geen dag is hetzelfde: van planbare opnames tot acute situaties, jouw expertise maakt het verschil voor de patiënt. Wat ga je doen? Als Verpleegkundige bij Oncologische Chirurgie, Urologie & Gynaecologie: - Begeleid, verzorg en behandel je patiënten die zijn opgenomen voor oncologische, urologische of gynaecologische zorg, zowel planbaar als acuut. - Verricht je diverse verpleegtechnische handelingen, waaronder wond- en stomazorg en het plaatsen van katheters en infusen. - Observeer je patiënten nauwkeurig, signaleer je tijdig complicaties en handel je adequaat in acute situaties. - Werk je intensief samen met artsen, verpleegkundig specialist gynaecologie en andere disciplines om optimale patiëntenzorg te leveren. - Denk je mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdelingen en krijg je de mogelijkheid om jezelf verder te specialiseren, bijvoorbeeld via de opleiding Oncologie. Met wie? Je werkt binnen twee nauw samenwerkende verpleegafdelingen op locatie Molengracht waar kennisdeling, samenwerking en patiëntgerichte zorg centraal staan en (blijvend) in ontwikkeling zijn. Samen met ongeveer 55 verpleegkundigen en andere zorgprofessionals vorm je een betrokken bouwlaag waarin ruimte is voor begeleiding van stagiaires, leerlingen en startende collega's. De afdelingen beschikken over moderne faciliteiten, ruime eenpersoonskamers en de nieuwste apparatuur en technieken.
