Als verpleegkundige op onze afdeling D300 werk je in een dynamisch team waar je samen met artsen en therapeuten verantwoordelijk bent voor het creëren van gepersonaliseerde zorgplannen voor onze patiënten. D300 is een gespecialiseerde afdeling voor patiënten na een niet-aangeboren hersenletsel (NAH) (resocialisatiefase) en neurogeriatrische revalidanten. Tot de resocialisatie behoren revalidanten die georiënteerd zijn, maar met nog cognitieve, emotionele en gedragsmatige problemen in combinatie met sensori-motorische stoornissen, visuele problemen en communicatiemoeilijkheden. Neurogeriatrische patiënten zijn NAH-patiënten ouder dan 70 jaar met veelal comorbiditeit en polymedicatie. De groep is divers van zwaar zorgbehoevend, verward tot zelfstandig en georiënteerd.
