The posting

In een unieke omgeving omringen gespecialiseerde artsen, therapeuten, verplegend personeel en ziekenhuisstaf de patiënt met een gepersonaliseerd zorgpakket. We stellen samen realistische doelen voor het maximaliseren van zijn levenskwaliteit.

Als verpleegkundige draag je daar als een onmisbare schakel aan bij. Samen met je collega’s verricht je zorgkundige taken en streef je een kwaliteitsvolle zorgverlening na.

Op dienst 400 verblijven revalidanten die een interdisciplinaire aanpak nodig hebben na een ischemisch CVA. Daarnaast verblijven er revalidanten met bewegingsstoornissen, voornamelijk met de ziekte van Parkinson. Een derde groep revalidanten kent, bovenop een reeds langer bestaande neurologische problematiek (NAH en/of bewegingsstoornis) een locomotorisch probleem waarvoor revalidatie vereist is. Het streven van de hele equipe is deze doelgroep een warmmenselijke en kwalitatieve zorg te bieden. Deze zorg situeert zich niet enkel in het heden, maar richt zich ook op re-integratie, resocialisatie en nazorg.

  • Je bezit een diploma Verpleegkunde
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in shiften. Daarbij werk je 1 weekend op 2 (en 2 vrije weekends per jaar)
  • De diensten werken met vaste nachten. Je bent echter wel bereid om nachten te doen om de gaten in de planning te vullen of om ziekte van een collega op te vangen.
  • Ervaring en/ of affiniteit met revalidatie is een pluspunt
  • Je bent in staat op te werken met een elektronisch patiëntendossier
  • Je bent patiëntgericht en beschikt over een flinke dosis empathie en inlevingsvermogen
  • Je ziet werk en springt bij waar nodig
  • Je handelt respectvol en geduldig
  • Je staat achter de doelstellingen van de organisatie en draagt hier vanuit het eigen werk aan toe
  • Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, oog voor detail, kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler die initiatieven neemt en duidelijk kan communiceren
  • Je beschikt over een goede dosis energie en positiviteit
  • Je kan je werk goed en flexibel plannen en zet je in om goede resultaten te leveren
  • Je bent gedreven om te leren om zo te groeien in je functie als verpleegkundige
  • Je wil je jezelf verder ontplooien en bent steeds op zoek naar manieren om je kennis en kunde te verbeteren
