Als verpleegkundige binnen het WZC zorg je het welzijn van de 150 bewoners, verdeeld over vier afdelingen, waarvan één met extra geborgenheid. Jouw focus is gericht op verpleegkundige handelingen: medicatiebeheer, wondzorg, observaties, verpleegtechnische interventies en het nauw opvolgen van individuele zorgplannen. Daarnaast neem je ook zorgtaken op, waarbij je bewoners ondersteunt in hun dagelijkse noden en zorgt voor een warme, respectvolle en huiselijke sfeer. Je werkt nauw samen met een multidisciplinair team en bent een belangrijke schakel in het creëren van een veilige, comfortabele en kwaliteitsvolle leefomgeving. Je hebt oog voor het mentaal en fysiek welzijn van bewoners, communiceert vlot met familieleden en draagt actief bij aan een positieve teamdynamiek.
