Wij zoeken: De Assortimentscoördinator is de spin in het web bij het samenstellen en beheren van (standaard) assortimenten binnen Zorgservice XL. Een belangrijk onderdeel hiervan is het alternatieven proces waarbij tijdig adequate vervangende artikelen dienen te worden gezocht voor artikelen met leveringsproblemen of artikelen die door de leverancier uit het assortiment worden verwijderd. Daarnaast behandel je de technische productklachten en ben je binnen Zorgservice XL en voor de ziekenhuizen het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de inhoudelijke aspecten rondom deze twee activiteiten. Functieomschrijving In de rol van Assortimentscoördinator is het belangrijk dat je over een gezonde dosis nieuwsgierigheid beschikt, je oplossingsgericht kunt werken en niet terugdeinst voor een uitdaging. Omdat je verder de spil bent tussen de interne organisatie en de ziekenhuizen spreekt het voor zich dat je een betrokken teamplayer en communicator met verbindende vaardigheden bent. Je wordt blij van het boeken van resultaten ook wanneer deze onder (tijds)druk moeten worden gerealiseerd. Wat vinden we verder belangrijk binnen Zorgservice XL? We staan voor klantgerichtheid, verbinden, eigenaarschap nemen en we hechten ons aan respect en integriteit. Ongetwijfeld voor jou ook belangrijke waarden. Wij vragen een (verpleegkundige) HBO-opleiding of minimaal HBO werk en denkniveau; ervaring in de zorg is een pré; kennis en ervaring met kwaliteitssystemen en kwaliteitsnormen in de zorg; ervaring met projectmatig werken binnen een complexe organisatie. Wij bieden De arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn conform CAO Ziekenhuizen waarbij inschaling gebeurt op basis van ervaring en opleiding in FWG 50. Verder bieden we je een dynamische en professionele werkomgeving waar je je verder kunt ontplooien en ontwikkelen.
