The posting

  • zorgen voor de dagelijkse verzorging van de bewoners om hun autonomie, comfort en veiligheid te behouden, met respect voor hun waardigheid ;
  • zorgen voor de dagelijkse opvolging van medische dossiers ;
  • ervoor zorgen dat medische voorschriften en orders worden uitgevoerd, met name door de voorgeschreven medicatie voor te bereiden, uit te delen en de bewoner te helpen bij het innemen ervan ;
  • verwelkomen, luisteren en informeren van bewoners en hun familie ;
  • de persoon zijn die ervoor zorgt dat de fysieke en psychologische behoeften van de bewoners in acht worden genomen ;
  • samenwerken met artsen, paramedisch personeel en andere professionelen.

Voorwaarden voor deelname :

  • in het bezit zijn van een diploma verpleegkunde (gebrevetteerd of bachelordiploma) of in het bezit zijn van een gelijkwaardig diploma dat het buitenlandse studiediploma gelijkstelt aan het diploma dat vereist is bij de aanwerving;
  • in het bezit zijn van een visum (RIZIV) verpleegkundige.

Gezocht profiel :

  • houden van contact met ouderen ;
  • mensgerichte verzorging geeft u voldoening ;
  • initiatief nemen en discretie tonen ;
  • teamwerk waarderen.

Troeven :

  • een goede kennis van het frans en het nederlands hebben, in het bezit zijn van de door WerkenVoor.be uitgegeven taalcertificaten (schriftelijk en mondeling) of bereid zijn deze te behalen ;
  • een gelijkaardige ervaring hebben in een rust- en verzorgingstehuis ;
  • een eerste ervaring met het werken met ouderen die fysieke en/ of mentale problemen hebben.
