Woonzorgcentrum Trappeniers ligt centraal in Zaventem, vlak naast het groene park Mariadal. Werken bij ons betekent zorg met aandacht, teamwork en bewoners die je écht leert kennen.

Krijg jij energie van warme zorg en wil je meebouwen aan een thuis waar onze bewoners zich goed voelen, elke dag opnieuw? Dan ben jij misschien de nieuwe collega die we zoeken!

Wat ga je doen als verpleegkundige?

Je staat in voor de medische verzorging van onze bewoners op 1 van onze gemengde afdelingen en op onze beschermde afdeling voor bewoners met dementie. Je zet hun welbevinden hierbij steeds voorop. Geen bandwerk, wel zorg op maat :

  • Je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit (bloedafnames, wondzorg …).
  • Je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse verzorging.
  • Je volgt het elektronisch zorgdossier nauwkeurig op.
  • Je staat in voor medicatiebeheer.
  • Je overlegt actief met collega’s, artsen en familie .

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Voor dit functieniveau heb je een diploma verpleegkunde (HBO5 of bachelor) en een visum nodig. Laatstejaarsstudent? Ook dan kan je solliciteren.
  • Je bent zorgzaam en werkt graag met ouderen.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken.
  • Je communiceert vlot met bewoners, families, collega’s, artsen ….
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands. (Minstens niveau B2 / Module 3.1 / Niveau 4
