The posting

Oostrem vzw is een voorziening voor volwassenen met een fysieke, mentale of meervoudige beperking. Wij bieden woonondersteuning op 7 locaties en dagondersteuning op 4 locaties. Bij Oostrem bieden we zorg op maat van onze bewoners met oog voor kwaliteit van leven. Daarom combineren we zorg en beleving om onze bewoners niet alleen te ondersteunen, maar ook te laten genieten van kleine en grote momenten. We creëren een huiselijke sfeer en betrekken onze bewoners bij de activiteiten van het dagelijks leven.

Voor onze medische dienst zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een verpleegkundige.

Jouw rol als verpleegkundige bij onze medische dienst:

  • Je biedt kwalitatieve medische zorg aan onze bewoners en dagcentrumgebruikers.
  • Je begeleidt de doktersbezoeken, ziekenhuisopnames en palliatieve zorgtrajecten. Je zorgt voor een correcte uitvoering van het medicatiebeleid en neemt administratieve taken op zoals oa. het bijhouden van het medisch dossier, stockbeheer, bestellingen. Je bent de schakel tussen bewoners, artsen, familie en collega’s, en draagt bij aan een positieve en huiselijke sfeer.
  • Je bent back-up van je collega- verpleegkundigen en waarborgt de continuïteit van de medische zorgen voor onze bewoners.
  • Je brengt frisse ideeën in ter verbetering van de zorgverlening.
  • Je zorgt voor kennisverspreiding en geeft ook vormingen aan medewerkers van Oostrem.

Wie wij zoeken:

  • Je hebt een warm hart voor mensen met een beperking en streeft naar zorg op maat.
  • Je bent een gedreven en empathische verpleegkundige die houdt van samenwerken en tegelijkertijd zelfstandig kan functioneren.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma van gegradueerde (HBO5) of bachelor in de verpleegkunde.
  • Je communiceert open, eerlijk en constructief en weet verbinding te creëren tussen bewoners, collega’s, artsen en familieleden.
  • Je werkt vlot met Word, Excel en andere digitale tools en hebt oog voor een nauwkeurige administratie.
  • Je denkt graag mee na over verbeteringen en neemt initiatief.
  • Je past je vlot aan bij veranderende situaties en denkt steeds in oplossingen en mogelijkheden.
