In WZC Sint-Margaretha (Holsbeek) wonen 98 bewoners in 5 woongroepen en is er plaats voor 10 bewoners in (oriënterend) kortverblijf. Samen vormen zij een mooi, veelkleurig geheel. Een plek waar bewoners zich thuis voelen, en waar collega’s voelen dat ze precies passen in een warm en zorgzaam team. Want net als bij een puzzel: elk stukje telt, en elk stukje heeft zijn eigen vorm en kleur.

✨ Daarom zoeken we een verpleegkundige die onze puzzel compleet maakt.

Jouw rol als verpleegkundige:

Als verpleegkundige werk je nauw samen met een multidisciplinair team dat streeft naar een optimale begeleiding, behandeling en verzorging van onze bewoners. Samen met de teamcoach sta je in voor de kwaliteit van de verpleegkundige zorg, alsook voor volgende taken:

Wat ga je doen?

  • bewoners ondersteunen en comfort bieden;
  • begeleiden van bewoners met dementie;
  • de continuïteit in de werking van de afdeling garanderen;
  • informeren en begeleiden van bewoners en familie m.b.t. de zorg;
  • deelnemen aan team- en dienstvergaderingen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma Bachelor in de verpleegkunde (A1) of HBO5 (A2).
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en hebt een ♥voor werken met ouderen.
  • Je bent geduldig, sociaalvoelend en contactvaardig.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je beschikt over een basis computerkennis, wij leren je werken met ons digitaal zorgdossier.
