The posting

Als verpleegkundige in ons woonzorgcentrum maak je deel uit van een multidisciplinair team, waarin jij met je kennis en enthousiasme elke dag het verschil maakt voor onze bewoners.

Je neemt er de verpleegkundige taken en verantwoordelijkheden op en plant en coördineert de medische zorgen. Het welzijn en de noden en wensen van de bewoners staan voorop in alles wat je doet. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en rapporteert aan de coördinator woonzorg.

In Het Laar werken we volgens de principes van het 'kleinschalig genormaliseerd wonen'. Elke afdeling telt zo'n 15 bewoners die, naast hun eigen persoonlijke kamer, een gezellige leefruimte met keuken delen. Het leven gaat er zoveel als mogelijk zijn gewone gang.

Dagelijks zijn er drie verpleegkundigen (vroegdienst, dagdienst, laatdienst - tot 20u15) vrijgesteld uit de zorg, zij staan exclusief in voor de medicatiebedeling, de wondzorg en andere verpleegkundige handelingen. Alle zorgdossiers zijn volledig digitaal beschikbaar via de tablets. Met vorming en de werking van onze VAR (Verpleegkundige Advies Raad) zorgen we voor continue verbetering.

We streven steeds naar stabiele uurroosters die ruim op voorhand gekend zijn. De x-dagen van je weekend staan vast in je roulement en het aantal gesplitste diensten is heel beperkt. Een goede werk/privé balans vinden we erg belangrijk.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma als verpleegkundige bachelor/A1 of gegradueerde/HBO5.
  • Je hebt een bijzondere interesse in ouderenzorg en draagt onze bewoners een warm hart toe. Respect en waardering voor ouderen vind je belangrijk.
  • Je bent een teamspeler maar kan ook zelfstandig doordachte beslissingen nemen.
  • Je kan je vlot aanpassen aan veranderende omstandigheden en toont zin voor initiatief.
  • De kleinschaligheid en huiselijke sfeer van ons woonzorgcentrum spreken jou aan.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met de PC en ICT-toepassingen schrikken je niet af.
