Het woonzorgcentrum Zonnesteen is voor de uitbreiding van haar zorgteam op zoek naar gemotiveerde verpleegkundigen.

Zonnesteen is een prachtig woonzorgcentrum gelegen in het hartje van Zemst en maakt deel uit van de groep Anima. Wij zoeken iemand met "het hart op de juiste plaats", iemand die vooral gedreven is en passie heeft voor zorg. Ervaring is voor ons niet het belangrijkste, de juiste attitude daarentegen wel.

Je voornaamste taken zijn :

  • Je voert verpleegkundige taken uit zoals verpleegtechnische handelingen, identificatie van de gezondheidstoestand, evaluatie van de parameters, voorbereiding en
  • toediening medicatie, begeleiding van de rondes met de arts, enz.
  • Je informeert en ondersteunt bewoners en naasten op psychosociaal vlak bijvoorbeeld in moeilijke of emotionele momenten, maar ook in het helpen realiseren van levensprojecten
  • Je voert verzorgende taken uit
  • Je staat mee in voor de continuïteit en de kwaliteit van de zorgverlening door o.a. het zorgplan op te stellen, informatie uit te wisselen met andere afdelingen en functies, overleg te plegen met de behandelende arts
  • Je voert administratieve en bewoners gebonden taken uit

Hoe zien we jouw profiel?

  • Je beschikt over een diploma/visum Verpleegkunde.
  • Je bent een gemotiveerde verpleegkundige die kwaliteitsvolle zorg nastreeft.
  • Je wil meewerken aan het creëren van een warme thuis voor onze bewoners waarbinnen zorg op maat centraal staat.
  • Je bent empathisch en hecht belang aan kwaliteit en bewonersgerichtheid.
  • Je bent communicatief en luistervaardig.
  • Je hebt een grote zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent flexibel.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband.
  • Je bent zeer klantgericht.
