Voor de consultatie endocrinologie zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven verpleegkundige met een passie voor diabetes om ons team te versterken. WAT?

  • ZAS Middelheim (2020, Antwerpen), campusoverschrijdend is bespreekbaar
  • 38 uur/week (100%), overig regime is bespreekbaar

OVER DE JOB

  • Begeleiding & ondersteuning – Je begeleidt diabetespatiënten en hun omgeving, zowel ambulant als gehospitaliseerd, tijdens consultaties, telefonisch en via mail.
  • Samenwerking met artsen – Je werkt nauw samen met endocrinologen en volgt administratieve taken op, zoals educatiedossiers en diabetesconventies.
  • Educatieprogramma’s ontwikkelen – Je creëert en implementeert educatieprogramma’s en biedt psychosociale ondersteuning aan patiënten en hun familie.
  • Gerichte patiënteneducatie – Je geeft duidelijke, op maat gemaakte educatie aan patiënten en hun omgeving om hun zelfzorg te versterken.
  • Expertisedeling – Je deelt jouw kennis met andere zorgverleners en draagt bij aan hun opleiding en professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Blijvend leren – Je houdt je expertise up‑to‑date door deel te nemen aan congressen en symposia binnen het snel evoluerende domein van diabetologie.

  • Diploma & specialisatie – Je hebt een diploma verpleegkunde en een posthogeschoolcertificaat diabeteseducator (of bent bereid dit te behalen). Een BBTK‑titel is een pluspunt.
