ZAS, De drijvende kracht voor gezondheidszorg in beweging. Drijf je mee?

Bij de ZAS Nierkliniek werk je in een unieke en hoogtechnologische zorgomgeving, waar zowel chronische als acute zorg centraal staan. Je krijgt de kans om geavanceerde dialysetechnieken toe te passen, zoals hemodialyse, peritoneale dialyse en plasmaferese, en ontwikkelt je zowel op technisch als psychosociaal vlak. Deze zorgtechnieken zijn niet alleen van toepassing op onze hemodialyseafdelingen, maar ook binnen Intensieve Zorg en oncologische behandelingen.

In ons team staan samenwerking, multidisciplinaire aanpak en effectieve communicatie tussen alle zorgprofessionals centraal. WAT?

  • Contract onbepaalde duur
  • ZAS Middelheim (2020, Antwerpen)
  • 38 uur/week (100%) of 30,40 uur/week (80%)
  • Je bent bereid om in een gevarieerd shiftensysteem te werken, zowel overdag als ‘s nachts en in weekends. Van 6:30 tot 14:30 uur Van 7 tot 15 uur Van 11 uur tot 19 uur Van 11:30 tot 19:30 Van 21 uur tot 7 uur Je werkt gemiddeld 2 weekends per maand
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een wachtsysteem.

OVER DE JOB

  • Individuele zorg – Je biedt planmatige zorg met aandacht voor de lichamelijke en psychosociale behoeften van de patiënt.
  • Systematisch handelen – Je voert verpleegkundige zorg uit volgens het S.V.H., inclusief gegevensverzameling, probleemstelling, planning, uitvoering en evaluatie.
  • Zorgcontinuïteit – Je bewaakt de continuïteit van zorg via mondelinge besprekingen en schriftelijke vastlegging in het verpleegdossier.
  • Medische ondersteuning – Je voert verpleegkundige taken uit zoals opgedragen door de behandelende arts, binnen de wettelijke richtlijnen.
  • Afdelingsbeheer – Je ondersteunt het afdelingshoofd en neemt indien nodig taken over om een vlotte werking te garanderen.
  • Allround bijdrage – Je draagt bij aan administratieve, technische en huishoudelijke taken binnen de afdeling.

OVER JOU

  • Diploma & visum – Je beschikt over een bachelor- of HBO5-diploma in de verpleegkunde en het bijhorende visum.
  • Zorgverlening – Je onderkent, plant, coördineert, verleent en evalueert zelfstandig de zorgbehoefte van patiënten.
  • Voorlichting – Je informeert en begeleidt patiënten over hun zorgproces op een duidelijke en begripvolle manier.
  • Communicatie – Je bent assertief en professioneel in je interactie met zowel patiënten als zorgverleners.
  • Nauwkeurigheid – Je werkt zorgvuldig, ordelijk, veilig en hygiënisch volgens de geldende normen.
  • Gezondheidspreventie – Je draagt actief bij aan preventie, voorlichting en opvoeding, terwijl je stressbestendig blijft.
