Doordat we op verschillende locaties aanwezig zijn gaan we graag met jou in dialoog om een job op maat aan te bieden.Bovendien kent het ZOL heel wat verschillende disciplines (cardiologie, pneumologie, inwendige, abdominale heelkunde, oncologie,…) waarbij we samen met jou op zoek willen gaan naar de dienst die het best aansluit bij jouw vaardigheden, talenten en interesses.

Jij als verpleegkundige

  • Je staat in voor een optimale opvolging van jouw patiënten van opname tot ontslag volgens de klinische zorgpaden.
  • Je werkt samen met verschillende andere zorgverleners, paramedici en rapporteer je aan de hoofdverpleegkundige.
  • Met jouw warme zorg en deskundigheid sta je mee in voor het herstellen, behouden of verbeteren van de gezondheid en het welzijn van je patiënten.
  • Dankzij je empathisch vermogen zorg je voor een goede emotionele ondersteuning van de patiënten en zijn/haar omgeving.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijke voor een correcte opvolging van je patiëntendossiers.
  • Je flexibiliteit zorgt ervoor dat de patiënt dag en nacht de best zorg geniet.

Wat zijn jouw troeven

  • Je bent basis-, hbo- of bachelor verpleegkundige, of behaalt dit binnenkort.
  • Je bent bereid in posten te werken (dag-, morgen-, middag- en nachtpost)
  • Je bent leergierig en bent bereid bij te scholen volgens de meest innovatieve leervormen aangeboden door het ZOL.
  • Werken in een omgeving met complexe patiëntenzorg schrikt je niet af.
  • Teamspirit is voor jou key, waardoor je met plezier deelneemt aan diverse activiteiten (teambuilding, dag van de verpleegkunde, personeelsfeest en andere leuke teamactiviteiten)
  • Je draagt patiëntveiligheid hoog in het vaandel en handelt integer tov alle partijen.
