We starten een nieuwe afdeling en kijken uit naar verpleegkundigen!

Word jij onze nieuwe collega op onze doorstroomafdeling tijdens de winter (van 2 november 2026 t.e.m. vrijdag 26 februari 2027)?

We bieden de mogelijkheid om vanaf maart 2027 aan de slag te gaan op één van onze geriatrische afdelingen.

Onze doorstroomafdeling heeft 20 bedden en richt zich voornamelijk op patiënten die van een acute afdeling komen en reeds een zorgplan in het vooruitzicht hebben.

Op deze afdeling krijg je de kans om patiënten met een multipathologische problematiek mee te ondersteunen tijdens hun opname. Je ervaart de veelzijdigheid door de enorme range aan ziektebeelden: o.a. diabetes, pneumonie, valpartij met functionele weerslag, dementie, acute verwardheid, CVA, oppuntstelling van medicatie/therapie, revalidatie na een orthopedische ingreep, abdominale en thoracale chirurgie, malnutritie en dehydratatie, hart- en nierfalen, urineweginfecties en vasculaire problematiek, ...

Jouw takenpakket als verpleegkundige :

- Je neemt na je inwerkperiode de verantwoordelijkheid op voor de coördinatie én uitvoering van de zorg voor jouw toegewezen patiënten. - Je zet je klinisch redeneervermogen volop in en scherpt het verder aan door verbanden te leggen tussen verschillende pathologieën. - Je zorgt voor heldere communicatie en een vlotte informatiedoorstroming rond de patiënt binnen de afdeling. - Je werkt nauw samen met collega-(hoofd)verpleegkundigen, artsen, zorgkundigen, schoonmaakmedewerkers en andere disciplines. - Je draagt actief bij aan kwaliteitszorg, ontwikkelt jezelf professioneel verder en deelt je kennis met het team.
