The posting

WZC De Foyer is een waardengedreven vzw met vier campussen in het Gentse: WZC De Zilvermolen, WZC Zilversterre, WZC Weverbos en Zorgcampus Glorieux. Wij hebben moderne duurzame woonzorgcentra, assistentiewoningen en mogelijkheden voor kortverblijf. Voor onze campus in Zwijnaarde zijn we op zoek naar een toffe en dynamische verpleegkundige, met humor, (af en toe) een koffietas in de hand en een hart voor kwaliteitsvolle en warme zorg.

Wat mag je doen?

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse verzorging en verpleging van onze bewoners en bent verantwoordelijk voor het klaarzetten, controleren en toedienen van de medicatie, wondverzorging, inspuitingen, …
  • Je staat mee garant voor een professionele, deskundige en warme zorgverlening, rekening houdend met de noden van residenten en familie.
  • Je participeert aan inspirerende werkgroepen waarbij je thematisch bijgeschoold wordt en mee het zorgbeleid kan ontwikkelen.
  • Je werkt samen met een gedreven multidisciplinair team (psychologen, logopedisten, leefgroepbegeleiders, ergonomen, kiné, persoonlijk assistenten …) om een kwaliteitsvol en gelukkig verblijf te bieden aan de residenten.
  • Je houdt de verpleegdossiers digitaal up-to-date en zorgt voor een gepaste opvolging en bijhorende registraties.
  • Je volgt de evoluties van nieuwe verpleegkundige technieken op de voet en durft actief meedenken over verbetervoorstellen.
  • Je werkt onder de leiding van en rapporteert aan de hoofdverpleegkundige.
  • Je bent in het bezit van het noodzakelijke diploma.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de ouderenzorg en kan je prima in hun leefwereld verplaatsen.
  • Je bent een loyale teamspeler, met het hart op de juiste plaats en met zin voor humor.
  • Verbindende communicatie heeft voor jou geen geheimen.
  • Je bent sterk in de juiste prioriteiten te stellen en kan je tijd goed beheren.
  • Je hebt zin om mee te kneden bij het vormen van hechte teams die er zijn voor elkaar.
  • Je bent een professionele meerwaardezoeker met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.
