Dan is dit jouw kans! Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven BAZ-verpleegkundige die floreert in een dynamische werkomgeving en ervaring wil opdoen met een breed scala aan patiënten. Bij ons draait het om actie, snelheid en snelle besluitvaardigheid op onze Critical Decision Unit (CDU). Maar dat is niet alles: wij zien de CDU als de perfecte springplank voor jouw verdere carrière. Ben jij ambitieus? Dan kun je bij ons doorgroeien richting de Spoedeisende Hulp (SEH), de Intensive Care Volwassenen (ICV) of de Anesthesie. Klaar om je skills te ontwikkelen in een uitdagende omgeving en tegelijkertijd jouw toekomst te bouwen? De CDU wacht op jou! Wat ga je doen In deze rol ben jij de spil in het zorgproces, waarbij je niet alleen de patiënten, maar ook hun naasten begeleidt en ondersteunt. Met jouw scherpe klinische blik en flexibiliteit ben je in staat om snel te schakelen, zelfs als het beleid nog niet helemaal vaststaat. Hier draait het om meer dan alleen zorg verlenen; het is een constante uitdaging waarbij prioriteiten stellen een tweede natuur wordt. Opleiding Voor het werken op de CDU wordt de Basis Acute Zorg (BAZ) opleiding gevraagd. Tijdens het werken volg je de opleiding met lesdagen op het Wenckebach Instituut, voorbereiding is in eigen tijd. Het leren in theorie en praktijk wordt zo gecombineerd. De BAZ-opleiding bestaat uit 4 EPA's (Entrustable Professional Activity) die bijdragen aan flexibel onderwijs, bijvoorbeeld in het doorgroeien naar andere acute zorg opleidingen. De BAZ-opleiding is hierin een goede basis. De theoretische opleiding duurt ongeveer 6 maanden, tijdens de opleiding is minimaal 32 uur werken een vereiste.
