Solliciteer hier voor een vaste job als verpleegkundige in een woonzorgcentrum - voltijds/deeltijds - in De Panne! In een sfeervol en overzichtelijk woonzorgcentrum regio De Panne werk je als verpleegkundige dagelijks samen met je collega's aan kwaliteitsvolle zorg voor een 60-tal bewoners. Omgeven door een groene omgeving, het gepiep van de meeuwen en de zeelucht, krijg je de ruimte om echt tijd te maken voor menselijk contact.

Als verpleegkundige waarborg je de medische en verpleegkundige zorg, en bouw je eveneens een vertrouwensband op met de bewoners en hun familie. Of je nu deeltijds of voltijds wil werken (vroeg- en laatdiensten, 1 weekend op 2) : jouw enthousiasme en expertise maken hier dagelijks het verschil.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma als verpleegkundige (Bachelor, Gegradueerd of HBO5).
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig visum voor verpleegkundigen.
  • Je hebt een warm hart voor de ouderenzorg en stelt het welzijn van bewoners centraal.
  • Je bent een collegiale teamspeler die helder communiceert en aandachtig luistert.
  • Je zoekt een deeltijdse of voltijdse betrekking in een wisselend uurrooster. (vroeg- en laatdiensten, 1 weekend op 2 werken)
  • Toedienen van verpleegkundige en medische zorgen, inclusief medicatiebedeling en wondzorg.
  • Luisteren naar en inspelen op de dagelijkse noden en wensen van de bewoners.
  • Bewaken van de continuïteit en kwaliteit van het zorgproces in nauwe samenwerking met het multidisciplinaire team.
  • Onderhouden van een transparante communicatie met bewoners en hun familieleden.
  • Bijdragen aan een veilige, inspirerende en huiselijke leefomgeving voor iedereen.
