Voor onze woonzorglocatie Nieuw-Sandenburgh in Veere zoeken wij twee verpleegkundigen die via de flexpool aan deze locatie verbonden willen zijn. Samen zorgen jullie voor een goede bezetting gedurende de week. Het aantal uren bepalen we in overleg. Zo combineer je de vrijheid van flexibel werken met de vertrouwdheid van een vaste werkplek. Als verpleegkundige bied je professionele zorg en begeleiding aan bewoners met uiteenlopende zorgvragen. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, signaleert veranderingen in de gezondheidssituatie van bewoners en schakelt waar nodig met collega's en andere disciplines. Je bent een belangrijke schakel binnen het team en draagt bij aan een warm en veilig thuis voor onze bewoners. Dankzij jouw deskundigheid en betrokkenheid voelen bewoners, familieleden én collega's zich gezien en gehoord. Nieuw-Sandenburgh is een locatie met een eigen karakter. Gelegen aan de rand van het prachtige Veere voelt het als een kleine gemeenschap waar bewoners, familieleden, vrijwilligers en collega's elkaar kennen en naar elkaar omkijken. De sfeer is warm, betrokken en persoonlijk. Hier ben je geen nummer op een rooster, maar een collega die écht onderdeel wordt van het team. Tegelijkertijd is Nieuw-Sandenburgh een locatie waar jouw vakmanschap ertoe doet.
