Familie en vrienden van bewoners worden actief betrokken. Je gaat aan de slag in een vast zelforganiserend team. Daarnaast zorgt de inzet van zorgtechnologieën ervoor dat jij je werk optimaal uitvoert. Dit doe jij als verpleegkundige: In jouw rol als verpleegkundige bij de State sta je dicht bij de bewoners. Je helpt hen met de dagelijkse zorg, zoals wassen, aankleden, eten en het toedienen van medicatie. Daarnaast zet je jouw verpleegkundige kennis in bij handelingen zoals wondzorg, katheteriseren en injecteren. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de zorg en staat klaar om collega's te ondersteunen bij meer complexe situaties. Ook ben je een belangrijke schakel in het contact met familie, mantelzorgers en behandelaren, zodat de zorg goed op elkaar is afgestemd. Tegelijkertijd denk je mee over verbeteringen op de afdeling en draag je actief bij aan het werkplezier in het team.
