Dat is: Jij en Woonzorg Flevoland Jij en jouw werk Op onze afdeling Somatiek wonen 24 bewoners die blijvend intensieve zorg nodig hebben vanwege lichamelijke aandoeningen, vaak in combinatie met psychogeriatrie. Wij bieden hen een veilige en stabiele omgeving met 24-uurs zorg, waarbij behoud van eigen regie en kwaliteit van leven altijd centraal staan. Als verpleegkundige ben jij een onmisbare schakel binnen ons team. Je werkt nauw samen met collega-verzorgenden IG, helpenden, woonondersteuners en behandelaren. Samen zorgen jullie voor warme, professionele en persoonsgerichte zorg. Wat ga je doen? Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en verleent zorg volgens het persoonlijke zorgplan. Je signaleert veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand van bewoners, zowel mentaal als fysiek. Je neemt regelmatig de rol van verantwoordelijke dienst op je. Je staat actief in de zorg, begeleidt collega's, bewaakt het overzicht, voert complexe verpleegkundige handelingen uit en bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen over cliënten. Tijdens de nachtdienst ben je bereikbaar en verantwoordelijk voor het team en de andere afdelingen, inclusief het Leger des Heils. Maar jouw rol gaat verder dan alleen de directe zorg. We vinden het belangrijk dat je jouw verpleegkundige kennis en ervaring ook kunt inzetten om de zorg verder te ontwikkelen. Afhankelijk van jouw talenten en interesses kun je bijvoorbeeld: - bijdragen aan kwaliteitsverbetering binnen de afdeling; - meedenken over innovatie, zorgtechnologie en nieuwe werkwijzen; - jouw verpleegkundige kennis delen met collega's, leerlingen en stagiaires; - deelnemen aan een verbeterproject of werkgroep; - een inhoudelijk aandachtsgebie...
