Als verpleegkundige bied je zorg, houd je overzicht en werk je nauw samen met bewoners, naasten, collega's. Samen kijken jullie wat iemand nodig heeft en wat iemand nog zelf kan. Je: • Verleent verpleegkundige zorg, zoals medicatie, wondzorg, katheterzorg en ondersteuning bij ADL. • Coördineert en stemt af met collega's, artsen, paramedici en EVV'ers. • Begeleidt bewoners met hun mogelijkheden en persoonlijke wensen als uitgangspunt. • Bewaakt de kwaliteit van zorg door veranderingen te signaleren en zorgplannen te evalueren.
