Het OLV ziekenhuis en ASZ vormen vanaf 1 januari 2025 een van de grootste ziekenhuis van de streek. Samen willen we op deze manier onze patiënten een nog breder pallet aan gespecialiseerde zorg bieden.

Wat houdt de functie in?

  • Als verpleegkundige verleen je zorg met precisie, planning en expertise, altijd gericht op de behoeften van je patiënten en hun directe omgeving.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met artsen en verpleegkundigen bij endoscopische procedures.
  • Je staat in voor de voorbereiding van het onderzoek, assisteert de arts tijdens de procedure en zorgt voor de nazorg van de patiënt.
  • Je assisteert de arts tijdens de consultatie bij het uitvoeren van diverse onderzoeken.
  • Je kan ingezet worden op de 3 campussen (Aalst-Asse-Ninove) afhankelijk van de noodzaak.
  • Ook speel je een rol in de begeleiding en evaluatie van verpleegkundige stagiairs, waarbij je zorgt voor hun opvang en ontwikkeling.
  • Je begeleidt en observeert patiënten met empathie en inlevingsvermogen.
  • Je bent in staat om de evolutie van de patiënt zowel in positieve als negatieve richting goed in te schatten.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een diploma bachelor in de (ziekenhuis) verpleegkunde.
  • Je bent technisch aangelegd en werkt met oog voor detail.
  • Je vindt warm en menselijk contact belangrijk, maar gaat ook op een professionele en deskundige wijze met de patiënt om.
  • Je bent correct en accuraat naar collega's, leidinggevenden en geneesheren.
  • Nauwkeurigheid, orde, veiligheid en hygiëne, zijn aspecten die bij je passen.
  • Je bent op zoek naar een voltijdse betrekking of 80%.
  • Je hebt zin om mee aan het begin te staan van een nieuw verhaal binnen ons fusieziekenhuis, veranderingen schrikken jou dus niet af.
  • Je bent empathisch, flexibel en professioneel.
  • Je bent een echte mens-mens en een teamplayer. Collega’s kunnen op jou rekenen.
  • Je getuigt van een grote zelfstandigheid, maar je integreert je ook gemakkelijk in het team.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk, veilig, hygiënisch en punctueel.
  • Je toont grote interesse en bent bereid om continu bij te leren.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, je blijft kalm en efficiënt handelen onder druk.
