Wat ga je doen?

Als verpleegkundige sta je in voor de kwalitatieve zorg en ondersteuning van onze bewoners, zodat zij op een positieve manier ouder kunnen worden.

  • Zorg en verpleging: Je observeert en volgt de gezondheid van de bewoners nauwgezet op, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en dient medicatie toe.
  • Ondersteuning: Je biedt ondersteuning bij de dagelijkse verzorging en waarborgt het welzijn en comfort van elke bewoner.
  • Samenwerken en afstemmen: Je werkt nauw samen in een multidisciplinair team en houdt het verpleegkundig dossier van de bewoners nauwkeurig bij.
  • Kwaliteit en initiatief: Je denkt actief mee over zorgkwaliteit en arbeidsveiligheid, en durft initiatief te nemen om de zorg naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Wie ben jij?

Je hebt een warm hart voor de ouderenzorg, neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en bent sterk in menselijk contact.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma verpleegkunde (HBO5/Graduaat, Bachelor of Master) én een geldig visum.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis van de computer.
  • Je bent empathisch, betrokken en bouwt graag een vertrouwensband op met onze bewoners.
  • Samenwerken zit in je DNA, maar je werkt net zo vlot zelfstandig en gestructureerd.
