Wat ga je doen als Verpleegkundige? Je schrijft je in op diensten die passen bij je functie, dat is niet meer dan logisch. Verder betekent werken via de flexpool: - De kans krijgen om diverse ervaringen op te doen en de mogelijkheid om de verschillende facetten van de ouderenzorg te combineren; - Gaan werken op verschillende afdelingen van onze woonzorglocaties, in de wijk, bij revalidatie of een combinatie daarvan. Voorkeur voor het één of het ander, ook dat behoort tot de mogelijkheden; - Inspringen op de momenten dat het team het niet meer redt met de vaste collega's. Door jouw inzet is er meer rust en stabiliteit in de teams. Hoe fijn is dat?! - Zelf je keuzes maken waar en wanneer je (extra uren) werkt, terwijl je gewoon in loondienst bent met een oproepcontract of een contract voor een bepaald aantal uur; - De voordelen van het ZZP-schap blijven ervaren, maar dan zonder al die administratieve rompslomp die erbij komt kijken; - De mogelijkheid om (bijvoorbeeld) op oproepbasis flexibel te werken naast een vast aantal uren in je huidige team. Aan de slag in de flexpool Om aan de slag te kunnen voor de flexpool vragen we van jou: - Minimaal een afgeronde mbo-opleiding Verpleegkunde niveau 4; - Dat je in het bezit bent van een BIG-registratie en dat je bevoegd en bekwaam bent voor het uitvoeren van voorbehouden en risicovolle handelingen; - Een flexibele instelling en dat je zelf verantwoordelijkheid neemt om je eigen uren in te plannen, maar dat spreekt voor zich; - Een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG). Zo dragen wij bij aan jouw werkgeluk De functie Verpleegkundige valt in de schaal FWG 45, (exclusief 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering). Afhankelijk van de ervaring die je meebrengt bepalen we de exacte hoogte van jouw salaris. En we gaan graag met je in gesprek over de vorm van je contract.
