- Verpleegkundige - de Klinkenberg in Ede Als verpleegkundige binnen het project Klinkenberg Klimt speel jij een belangrijke rol in het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van zorg én de samenwerking binnen het team. Jij bent niet alleen zorgverlener, maar ook een kartrekker in verandering en ontwikkeling. Met jouw verpleegkundige expertise, betrokkenheid en coachende houding draag je actief bij aan een professionele en lerende werkomgeving. Waar ga je werken Binnen Vilente werken we continu aan het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van zorg en het versterken van onze teams. Voor onze locatie Klinkenberg starten we daarom het project Klinkenberg Klimt. Binnen dit project ligt de focus op het: - verbeteren van werkprocessen; - versterken van professioneel samenwerken; - vergroten van kwaliteit en eigenaarschap binnen teams; - stimuleren van een open en lerende werkcultuur. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's op de afdeling, kwaliteitsverpleegkundigen en andere disciplines. Samen bouwen jullie aan toekomstbestendige zorg waarin bewoners én medewerkers centraal staan. Afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring zijn er mogelijkheden binnen somatische en psychogeriatrische woongroepen. Wat ga je doen Als verpleegkundige combineer je verpleegkundige zorg met een actieve rol in kwaliteitsverbetering en teamontwikkeling. Je werkt mee op de afdeling én denkt mee over hoe zorg en samenwerking beter kunnen. Daarnaast ben jij verantwoordelijk voor: - Het uitvoeren en coordineren van verpleegkundige zorg; - Het uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen conform protocol; - Het signaleren van knelpunten in zorgverlening en werkprocessen; - Het actief bijdragen aan verbeterinitiatieven binnen het project; - Het ondersteunen van collega's in klinisch redeneren en deskundigheidsontwikkeling; - Het stimuleren van een open en lerend werkklimaat; - Het begeleiden van collega's tijdens veranderiingen; - Het geven en ontvangen van constructieve feedback; - Het sa...
