Daarnaast word je, afhankelijk van waar de behoefte het grootst is en wat past bij jouw profiel, ingezet binnen andere zorglabels van Parnassia Groep. Je werkt met een bijzondere doelgroep met complexe zorgvragen, waarbij jouw kennis en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Geen dag is hetzelfde: Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en uitdagend. Jouw werkzaamheden: - signaleren van veranderingen op psychisch, somatisch en sociaal gebied en hierop passende acties ondernemen; - ondersteunen en vergroten van de zelfredzaamheid van cliënten in alle facetten; - uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen, inclusief medicatie uitzetten, controleren en verstrekken; - signaleren van crisissituaties en, waar mogelijk, voorkomen of ondersteunen bij interventies; - opstellen van rapportages en overdrachten en deze mondeling toelichten; - uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden die voortvloeien uit je taken.
