Samen met jouw collega's ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de totale verpleegkundige patiëntenzorg van het moment van opname tot het moment van ontslag. We vinden het belangrijk dat de patiënt daarbij écht centraal staat. Dit zie je ook terug in de manier waarop we ons werk georganiseerd hebben. Je werkt vanuit een etage, je wordt gekoppeld aan een verpleegkundige en er is dagelijks een regieverpleegkundige aanwezig die de kwaliteit en de coördinatie van de zorg bewaakt. Binnen dit hechte team van verpleegkundigen vertrouwen we op jouw kundigheid. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met collega's van andere disciplines binnen SJG Weert. Wat vragen we? - Je bent (of bijna) in het bezit van het diploma verpleegkunde, MBO-V of HBO-V; - Bij voorkeur beschik je over kennis of affiniteit met interne geneeskunde, longgeneeskunde, cardiologie, neurologie, urologie chirurgie, geriatrie, oncologie en/of orthopedie; - Flexibiliteit om in verschillende specialismen binnen de kliniek te werken; - Je kunt je makkelijk aanpassen aan een nieuwe werkomgeving; - Je kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende afdelingen, wisselende teams en specialismen; - Je bent enthousiast en collegiaal; - Je toont initiatief en bent positief kritisch; - Je bent leergierig en blijft op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen in de zorg.
