Wat ga je doen?

Als lid van het flexteam word je op acute, subacute en medisch-technische diensten (o.a. dialyse, radiologie en endoscopie & functieafdeling) ingeschakeld voor minstens 1 maand en maximum 3 maanden.

Je staat in voor een kwaliteitsvolle en patiëntgerichte zorg binnen de diensten en je helpt de afgesproken doelstellingen te bereiken.

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een optimale opvolging van de patiënten op de diensten gedurende het gehele proces van opname tot ontslag in een multidisciplinaire context.
  • Je staat mee in voor de kwaliteit, veiligheid en continuïteit van de zorg bij de patiënten.
  • Je hanteert een correcte houding en verstrekt correcte informatie naar de patiënten, familie, collega’s en artsen.
  • Je hebt inzicht in en voeling met de eigenheid van de patiënten van de dienst. Je stemt jouw handelen hier dan ook maximaal op af.
  • De uitvoering van jouw opdracht gebeurt in nauw contact en overleg met de hoofdverpleegkundige, de collega’s en de artsen.
  • Je werkt in een variabel uurrooster met vroeg-, laat- en nachtdiensten.

Je zal starten op de verpleegeenheid Cardio-MiCS.

  • Je beschikt over een goede dosis organisatietalent en hebt een flexibele ingesteldheid.
