Als verpleegkundige op de geborgen afdeling van WZC Residentie Edelweis bied je zorg aan bewoners die nood hebben aan extra structuur, nabijheid en veiligheid. Je combineert verpleegkundige deskundigheid met een rustige aanpak en duidelijke afstemming binnen het team. Je draagt bij aan een voorspelbare, warme leefomgeving en volgt bewoners integraal op binnen hun zorgtraject.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit

  • uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen volgens de geldende richtlijnen;
  • ondersteunen in dagelijkse zorg activiteiten;
  • opvolgen van zorgplannen en dossiers binnen de beschermde afdeling;
  • observeren en rapporteren van veranderingen in gezondheid, gedrag en welzijn;
  • ondersteunen van zorgkundigen en afstemmen binnen het team;
  • onderhouden van contact met bewoners, familie en artsen;
  • opnemen van administratieve taken in functie van de zorgkwaliteit

Als verpleegkundige op de geborgen afdeling van WZC Residentie Edelweis bied je zorg aan bewoners die nood hebben aan extra structuur, nabijheid en veiligheid. Je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit volgens de geldende richtlijnen en volgt zorgplannen en dossiers op binnen de geborgen afdeling. Je observeert en rapporteert veranderingen in gezondheid, gedrag en welzijn, ondersteunt zorgkundigen en stemt af binnen het team. Je onderhoudt contact met bewoners, familie en artsen en neemt administratieve taken op in functie van zorgkwaliteit en continuïteit. Je combineert verpleegkundige deskundigheid met een rustige aanpak en draagt bij aan een voorspelbare, warme leefomgeving.

Verder vragen wij

  • beschikken over een professionele bachelor verpleegkunde of HBO-verpleegkunde/of basisverpleegkundige en een geldig visum;
  • graag zelfstandig werken en eveneens vlot functioneren in teamverband;
  • sociaal vaardig zijn en warm en duidelijk communiceren;
  • flexibel en stressbestendig zijn;
  • beschikken over een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
