In deze functie combineer je jouw verpleegkundige kennis met persoonlijke begeleiding en aandacht voor het dagelijks leven van de bewoners. Naarmate cliënten ouder worden, verandert hun zorgvraag en neemt de behoefte aan verpleegkundige ondersteuning toe. Juist daarin speel jij een belangrijke rol. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen, maar houdt ook de gezondheid en het welzijn van de bewoners nauwlettend in de gaten. Je signaleert veranderingen, denkt mee over passende zorg en schakelt waar nodig met collega's en andere disciplines. Tegelijkertijd vind je het belangrijk dat bewoners zoveel mogelijk hun eigen regie en zelfstandigheid behouden. Binnen de woonvorm werk je samen met begeleiders, senior begeleiders, gedragswetenschappers en andere zorgprofessionals. Je brengt jouw verpleegkundige expertise in binnen het team, ondersteunt collega's bij zorginhoudelijke vraagstukken en hebt een coördinerende rol wanneer de zorg daarom vraagt. Zo draag je bij aan een veilige en vertrouwde woonomgeving waarin niet alleen de zorgvraag, maar vooral de persoon achter de cliënt centraal staat.
