Zie jij kleine veranderingen in de gezondheid van cliënten en blijf je rustig wanneer een situatie onverwacht verandert? Dan zoeken wij jou voor de nachtdienst op de Scandinaviëlaan in Emmeloord. Voor onze locatie zoeken wij een Verpleegkundige Gehandicaptenzorg voor de nachtdienst. Het aantal uren bepalen we graag in overleg met jou. Jouw werkplek Op de Scandinaviëlaan in Emmeloord wonen 45 cliënten van ongeveer 18 tot 80 jaar, verdeeld over vijf woningen met ieder negen bewoners. Twee woningen zijn gericht op cliënten met een ernstig meervoudige beperking (EMB), twee op ouder wordende cliënten en één woning op cliënten met onder andere een auditieve of visuele beperking. Dat maakt jouw werk in de nacht afwisselend. De ene cliënt heeft intensieve lichamelijke en verpleegkundige zorg nodig, terwijl een ander vooral gebaat is bij rust, nabijheid en iemand die kleine signalen goed weet te herkennen. Communicatie is bovendien niet altijd verbaal. Goed observeren en cliënten leren kennen is daarom belangrijk. Op de Scandinaviëlaan werken we vanuit het LACCS-programma, waarbij een goed leven voor de cliënt centraal staat. Wat ga je doen? Als verpleegkundige ben jij tijdens de nacht verantwoordelijk voor de verpleegkundige zorg en ondersteuning van onze cliënten. Je observeert, signaleert en handelt wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Dankzij jouw verpleegkundige blik herken je veranderingen in de lichamelijke of psychische gezondheid en weet je wanneer je zelf kunt handelen en wanneer verdere afstemming nodig is. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - verlenen van verpleegkundige zorg tijdens de nacht; - uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen; - signaleren van veranderingen in ...
