Vandaag zoeken we voor ons tuberculoseteam, verspreid over 7 vestigingen in Vlaanderen en Brussel, een verpleegkundige voor het Centrum voor Respiratoire Gezondheid te Gent.

Jouw taken en uitdagingen:

  • Sociale begeleiding en administratieve opvolging van tuberculosepatiënten en risicogroepen voor tuberculose, met bijzondere aandacht voor de specificiteit van de doelgroep
  • Huisbezoeken in het kader van therapietrouw en contactonderzoeken
  • Zelfstandig uitvoeren van consultaties, waar het plaatsen en aflezen van tuberculinehuidtesten, doorverwijzen (RX-thorax) en opvolgen van de behandeling centraal staan
  • Actieve samenwerking met organisaties en actoren uit de eerstelijns- en tweedelijns gezondheidszorg, sociale huizen, LOI’s, … betrokken bij de opsporing en bestrijding van tuberculose
  • Dienstverlening tuberculosescreening op verplaatsing in Oost Vlaanderen

Jouw plaats van tewerkstelling:

  • Het Centrum voor Respiratoire Gezondheid (CRG) te Gent (UZ Gent), C. Heymanslaan 10 bus 141, ingang 81 – route 818, 9000 Gent. Af en toe kan je gevraagd worden een vervanging te doen in een ander CRG in Vlaanderen.

  • Je hebt een diploma van bachelor in de verpleegkunde
  • Je bent sterk in zelfstandig werken en werkt ook graag in team
  • Je bent contactvaardig en communicatief, met een groot empathisch en luisterend vermogen
  • Je hebt interesse in de multiculturele samenleving en het werken met kwetsbare groepen
  • Je bent een goede planner/organisator en stelt je hierbij flexibel op
  • Je bent goed in administratief werk en hebt zin voor nauwkeurigheid
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels, kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt
  • Je beschikt over een eigen wagen (verplaatsing huisbezoeken) of je maakt gebruik van een handige mix van openbaar vervoer, deelwagens en deelfietsen.
  • Relevante werkervaring is geen must, wel een pluspunt
