Binnen locatie Ter Valcke in Goes zijn wij op zoek naar een verpleegkundige gericht op kwaliteitszorg. De uren zijn bespreekbaar tussen 24 en 36 uur per week. Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van kwalitatief goede zorg. Je werkt in een afwisselende omgeving waarin je zowel verpleegkundige zorg verleent als een actieve bijdrage levert aan het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van zorg. De werktijden liggen tussen 07.30 en 22.30 uur, verdeeld over maandag tot en met zondag. **Wat ga jij doen?*** - Uitvoeren van verpleegkundige taken op de diverse woningen - Ondersteunen van zorgmedewerkers bij het coördineren van hun werkzaamheden en bij verpleegtechnische handelingen - Motiveren en begeleiden van medewerkers - Toepassen van klinisch redeneren - Bewaken van de kwaliteit van zorg - Implementeren van verbeteringen binnen het zorgproces - Samenwerken met de teamcoach Wat breng je mee? - Diploma verpleegkundige niveau 4 en geldige BIG registratie - Minimaal 3 jaar recente ervaring als verpleegkundige - Kennis van de somatische zorg is een pré Wat bieden we je? - Bruto maandsalaris maximaal € 4.245,84 op fulltime basis (FWG 45) - Optioneel kan het loon maandelijks met 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33 % eindejaarsuitkering verhoogd worden - Vast dienstverband voor 24 tot 36 uur per week - Een uitdagende en afwisselende functie in een dynamische werkomgeving - Bij en nascholing - Meerkeuzesysteem met tegemoetkoming kinderopvang, fitnessabonnement, fiets, t...
