The posting

Echo Thuisverpleging biedt warme, kwalitatieve en persoonsgerichte verpleegkundige zorg aan personen met een beperking. We zetten sterk in op zorg op maat, totaalzorg en kwaliteit en vinden het belangrijk dat de regie zoveel mogelijk bij de cliënt blijft.

Als groeiende organisatie vinden we het belangrijk om verpleegkundigen ruimte te geven om zelfstandig te werken, maar tegelijk te kunnen rekenen op een hecht team en ondersteuning wanneer dat nodig is.

Functie omschrijving:

Voor onze nieuwe werking in Loppem, die vanaf oktober van start gaat, zoeken we een verpleegkundige voor 80%.

Je werkt zowel op ochtend- als avondrondes en staat in voor de verpleegkundige zorg van cliënten met een beperking.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen.
  • Toedienen en opvolgen van medicatie.
  • Wondzorg en andere verpleegkundige zorgen.
  • Ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse zorg, afgestemd op de individuele noden van de cliënt.
  • Correct registreren en rapporteren in het patiëntendossier.
  • Zelfstandig werken tijdens de rondes en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor de toegewezen cliënten.

Je krijgt de kans om vanaf de opstart mee te bouwen aan de werking in Loppem en zo mee het verschil te maken voor cliënten en hun omgeving.

Voor deze functie zoeken wij iemand die:

  • Beschikt over een diploma verpleegkunde.
  • Zelfstandig kan werken en verantwoordelijkheid durft opnemen.
  • Zorgvuldig en kwaliteitsgericht werkt.
  • Een warme en respectvolle houding heeft tegenover cliënten.
  • Goed kan communiceren met cliënten, begeleiding, collega's en coördinatoren.
  • Flexibel is en zich kan aanpassen aan verschillende zorgsituaties.
  • Graag werkt met personen met een beperking.
  • Ervaring in de thuisverpleging of met de doelgroep is een pluspunt, maar geen must
