Klopt je hart wat sneller voor cardiologie? En krijg je zuurstof van een nieuwe uitdaging? Beschik je over een goede dosis klinisch redeneren en wil je deel uitmaken van een enthousiast en gemotiveerd team? Dan verwelkomen we je graag!

Op de afdeling Hart- en Longziekten behandelen we patiënten met een breed scala aan longaandoeningen: van Astma, over COPD tot een pneumonie of een pneumothorax. Ook longrevalidatie patiënten maken deel uit van onze populatie. Op onze afdeling onderzoeken en behandelen wij eveneens patiënten met ziekten aan hart en bloedvaten. Denk hierbij aan een hartinfarct, hartritmestoornis, angina pectoris, ontsteking aan het hart en hartfalen. Patiënten die opgenomen worden voor een cardiale aandoening worden gevolgd aan telemetrie en dus 24h op 24 gemonitord. Ook patiënten die kortdurend worden opgenomen in het kader van cardiale onderzoeken, worden op onze afdeling verzorgd. Je staat in voor de integrale zorg afgestemd op de zorgbehoeften van de patiënt.

Door een uiterst boeiende combinatie tussen chronische en acute zorg, curatieve en palliatieve begeleiding en dit in een multidisciplinaire samenwerking, is jouw job op onze afdeling bijzonder veelzijdig. Door een holistische benadering op maat van de patiënt, draag je je steentje bij tot het uiteindelijke doel: het leveren van een professionele, kwalitatieve en bovenal warme zorg.

Je komt terecht in een warm team dat je meeneemt in een persoonlijk ontwikkeltraject.

  • Je bent een bachelor of gegradueerde verpleegkundige, relevante ervaring is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
  • Je kan vlot samenwerken in multidisciplinair verband, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken om de totaalzorg van patiënten op te nemen
  • Je pakt verpleegproblemen aan
  • Je bent patiëntvriendelijk, positief ingesteld, leergierig en ambitieus
  • Je neemt touwtjes in handen en staat in voor je eigen ontwikkeling
  • Je communiceert vlot met patiënten en collega's van het team
  • Je staat open voor feedback te ontvangen en deinst er niet voor terug deze zelf te geven
