Om ons team te versterken zijn we voor onze afdeling Heelkunde 6 op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde verpleegkundige. Omarm jij – net als wij – kwaliteit, innovatie, veiligheid en samenwerking? Dan ben jij een collega naar ons hart!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als verpleegkundige ben je de schakel tussen arts en patiënt en werk je nauw samen met de andere zorgverleners van het multidisciplinair team.
  • Je hebt aandacht voor zowel de fysieke als de psychosociale toestand van de patiënt en houdt rekening met zijn/haar individuele behoeften.
  • Je komt terecht in een aangenaam team waarin verpleegkundigen door middel van bijscholing en training op de hoogte worden gehouden van de meest recente ontwikkelingen.
  • Wij engageren ons tot het verlenen van kwaliteitszorg aan patiënten, waarbij de patiënt centraal staat (totaalzorg).

Wat heb jij te bieden?

  • Je bezit een diploma verpleegkundige HBO5/basisverpleegkundige of Bachelor.
  • Je hebt een groot aanpassingsvermogen en weet flexibel met situaties en mensen om te gaan.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en leergierig.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Nauwkeurig en vlot werken zijn samen met een dosis enthousiasme en motivatie je sterke troeven.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • We bieden jou een contract van onbepaalde duur aan waarbij de jobtime bespreekbaar is. Voorkeur 100% of 80%.
  • Deze functie wordt verloond volgens de IFIC-barema’s, categorie 14 of 14B afhankelijk van je diploma. Relevante anciënniteit wordt mee overgenomen. Ben je daarentegen recent afgestudeerd of heb je minder dan 5 jaar ervaring als verpleegkundige of zorgkundige, dan start je meteen aan een baremieke anciënniteit van 5 jaar. Deze blijft behouden tot je 5 jaar anciënniteit binnen de zorg behaald hebt. Hierdoor kom je als recent afgestudeerde verpleegkundige of zorgkundige onmiddellijk in een hogere loonschaal terecht.
