C9 is een heelkundige verpleegafdeling met 30 bedden, gespecialiseerd in gynaecologische heelkunde, urologie en plastische heelkunde. Vanaf november vangen we hier gedurende de week ook short stay chirurgie op van diverse disciplines. Dit maakt de patiëntenpopulatie gevarieerd, er zijn zowel korte opnames als langdurige behandelingen. De afdeling biedt een afwisselende job met veel leermogelijkheden. Duidelijke patiëntenvoorlichting staat centraal. Ben jij de gedreven collega die we zoeken?

  • 100% (38 uur/week)
  • Je bent bereid om in een gevarieerd shiftensysteem te werken, zowel overdag als ‘s nachts en in weekends. Van 6.30 tot 14.30 uur Van 13.30 tot 30 uur Van 21 uur tot 7 uur Je werkt gemiddeld 2 weekends per maand

OVER DE JOB

  • Klaar voor veelzijdige verpleegkundige zorg – Je verleent patiëntgerichte zorg in urologie, gynaecologie, plastische heelkunde en short stay. Je voert alle verpleegkundige handelingen uit volgens systematisch verpleegkundig handelen (S.V.H.), van observatie tot evaluatie, en bewaakt continu de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de zorg.
  • Samenwerking en organisatie – Je ondersteunt het afdelingshoofd en neemt verantwoordelijkheden over waar nodig, zodat de afdeling efficiënt en vlot functioneert.
  • Brede bijdrage aan de afdeling – Je draagt bij aan administratieve, technische en huishoudelijke taken, zodat het team optimaal kan werken.
  • Veilig en professioneel werken – Je werkt ordelijk, hygiënisch en veilig in een professionele klinische zorgomgeving.
  • Kansen om te groeien – Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen in heelkunde verpleegkunde, waaronder urologie verpleegkunde, gynaecologie verpleegkunde en plastische heelkunde.
  • Continuïteit en kwaliteit – Je bewaakt samen met collega’s de continuïteit van de zorg en zorgt voor nauwkeurige verslaglegging in het verpleegdossier, essentieel voor optimale patiëntenzorg.

  • Gekwalificeerd en gedreven – Je hebt een bachelor of HBO5 verpleegkunde met geldig verpleegkundig visum en interesse in klinische heelkunde over meerdere disciplines.
  • Zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk – Je plant, coördineert, verleent en evalueert zelfstandig zorg, inclusief mobiliteit, voeding, hygiëne en psychosociale begeleiding.
  • Nauwkeurig en veilig – Je werkt ordelijk, hygiënisch en veilig in een ziekenhuisomgeving, altijd met oog voor kwaliteit en patiëntveiligheid.
  • Flexibel en stressbestendig – Je blijft professioneel in drukke of onverwachte situaties en past je gemakkelijk aan.
  • Leergierig en ambitieus – Je staat open voor verdere ontwikkeling in klinische verpleegkunde en specialisaties, met doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen het ziekenhuis.
  • Teamspeler – Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en het afdelingshoofd om een optimale zorgomgeving voor patiënten te garanderen.
