Voor een zorginstelling zijn wij op zoek naar een projectverpleegkundige voor een opdracht binnen heelkunde.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je werkt op een dynamische chirurgische afdeling waar verschillende heelkundige disciplines samenkomen.
  • Je voert technische verpleegkundige handelingen uit en volgt patiënten nauwgezet op voor en na hun ingreep.
  • Je biedt kwalitatieve en patiëntgerichte zorg in een uitdagende en afwisselende omgeving.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met artsen, verpleegkundigen en andere zorgprofessionals.
  • Je houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en blijft kalm in drukke situaties.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan een vlotte werking van de afdeling en ondersteunt je collega's waar nodig.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je bent bachelor- of HBO5-verpleegkundige.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een ziekenhuisomgeving of interesse in een chirurgische afdeling.
  • Je beschikt over sterke technische verpleegkundige vaardigheden en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en weet prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar in vroege en late shiften.
  • Je bent bereid om één weekend op twee te werken.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en je haalt energie uit nieuwe omgevingen en groeit door telkens opnieuw bij te leren
