Word verpleegkundige op Shortstay C14, onze chirurgische kortverblijfafdeling met een gevarieerd takenpakket en diverse specialisaties. Werk in een klein, dynamisch team waar flexibiliteit, stressbestendigheid en organisatietalent centraal staan. Breng jouw sociale vaardigheden en initiatief in om de beste zorg voor patiënten te garanderen en bij te dragen aan kwaliteitsverbetering.

WAT?

  • Contract onbepaalde duur
  • ZAS Vincentius (2018, Antwerpen),
  • 38 uur/week (100%), overig regime is bespreekbaar
  • Je bent bereid om in een gevarieerd shiftensysteem te werken, zowel overdag als ’s nachts.

OVER DE JOB

  • Zorg op maat – Je verleent individuele, totale en planmatige verpleegkundige zorg, met aandacht voor de lichamelijke, emotionele en psychosociale behoeften van elke patiënt.
  • V.H.-gericht – Je voert de verpleegkundige zorg uit volgens het systematisch verpleegkundig handelen, inclusief gegevens verzamelen, probleemstelling, planning, uitvoering en evaluatie.
  • Continuïteit & coördinatie – Je bewaakt de continuïteit van de zorg via overleg, rapportering en verpleegdossierregistraties.
  • Afdelingsondersteuning – Je staat onder leiding van het afdelingshoofd en neemt indien nodig taken over om een vlotte werking van de afdeling te garanderen.
  • Kwaliteit & verbetering – Je bewaakt en verbetert actief de kwaliteit van de verpleegkundige dienstverlening en draagt bij aan interne projecten en verbeterprocessen.
  • Administratieve en technische ondersteuning – Je ondersteunt de afdeling op administratief, technisch en huishoudelijk vlak en draagt zo bij aan een optimale werking.

OVER JOU

  • Diploma & visum – Je beschikt over een bachelor- of HBO5-diploma in de verpleegkunde met bijhorend visum.
  • Deskundig & zelfstandig – Je kan zelfstandig de zorgbehoeften van de patiënt inschatten, plannen, coördineren, uitvoeren en evalueren, inclusief mobiliteit, voeding, hygiëne en psychosociale begeleiding.
  • Kwaliteitsgericht – Je werkt nauwkeurig, veilig, hygiënisch en ordelijk en streeft continu naar verbetering van de zorgprocessen.
  • Stressbestendig – Je blijft rustig en professioneel in drukke situaties en complexe zorgmomenten.
  • Flexibel & proactief – Je past je vlot aan veranderende situaties aan, neemt initiatief en werkt constructief samen met collega’s.
  • Communicatief – Je rapporteert helder, communiceert duidelijk met patiënten en collega’s en draagt bij aan een warme, betrokken zorgomgeving.
