The posting

Als verpleegkundige werk je samen met 2 collega’s verpleegkundigen in een team verpleging. Je zal ook regelmatig contact hebben met de dokter, de campusverantwoordelijken en de collega’s die op de leefgroepen werken. Je voornaamste opdracht is het begeleiden van de individuele jongere om op basis van jouw paramedische vorming mee te werken aan de evolutie van de jongere in de instelling zelf, evenals aan zijn reintegratie in de maatschappij.

Je beschikt over een professionele bachelor verpleegkunde.

Ervaring is een pluspunt.

Je beschikt over de nodige pedagogische bekwaamheden en hebt voeling met de doelgroep.

Je bezit volgende kennis of bent bereid deze snel aan te leren:

  • een ruime kennis van het pedagogisch proces in de gemeenschapsinstelling,
  • dat je kan situeren binnen het werkveld van de Jeugdhulp;
  • de andere processen binnen de instelling kan je duiden;

Je bent op de hoogte van de regelgeving en haar toepassingen inzake jeugddelinquentierecht en de werking van de gemeenschapsinstellingen in het bijzonder.

Je hebt een mature instelling en beschikt over voldoende fysieke weerbaarheid.

Je kan overweg met de gebruikelijke MS-office- en intranettoepassingen.
