Bij ons krijg je de kans om je te ontwikkelen tot IC-verpleegkundige en specialistische zorg te bieden aan patiënten. Jouw werkplek Op onze breed georiënteerde Intensive Care (IC) duik je in alle facetten van het vak. Je begeleidt patiënten met complexe zorgvragen binnen een afdeling van 12 tot 16 bedden, verdeeld over twee units. Dat betekent veel afwisseling, uitdaging én volop kansen om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen. Je komt terecht in een hecht team van ongeveer 75 verpleegkundigen, een PA en 7 intensivisten. De sfeer is betrokken, open en collegiaal. We doen het écht samen. Tegelijkertijd vinden we het belangrijk dat jij lekker in je vel zit. Daarom investeren we in jouw vitaliteit, bijvoorbeeld met ons programma 'Gezond door de nacht' en een pilot voor het chronorooster, zodat werk en privé beter in balans blijven. De opleiding Op onze afdeling staat jouw ontwikkeling centraal. We investeren continu in jouw vakinhoudelijke kennis en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Je leert vooral in de praktijk, met goede begeleiding en ruimte om je vaardigheden direct toe te passen en te ontwikkelen. Je start met de Basis Acute Zorg (BAZ) opleiding en volgt hierna de specifieke modules tot IC verpleegkundige.
