Beademing speelt vaak een belangrijke rol, van nachtelijke ondersteuning tot 24/7 invasieve beademing. Daarnaast voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen uit zoals wond-, stoma- en katheterzorg. Je houdt continu overzicht, reageert alert op alarmsignalen en werkt nauw samen met collega's en behandelaren. Wat deze functie bijzonder maakt? Wat wij zoeken Jij bent een verpleegkundige die zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen de intensieve zorgDit breng je mee • Een afgeronde opleiding Verpleegkunde (MBO-4 of HBO-V) • Ervaring met beademingszorg en verpleegtechnische handelingen, óf de motivatie om dit te leren • Empathie en het vermogen je echt in de ander te verplaatsen • Affiniteit met zowel technische zorg als langdurig cliëntcontact • De wens om te groeien binnen een hecht en professioneel team

Groei en ontwikkeling Nog geen ervaring met beademingszorg? Geen probleem. Tijdens een intensief inwerktraject van drie maanden leiden wij je stap voor stap op.
