Wil jij als verpleegkundige intensieve zorg mee bouwen aan warme, hoogtechnologische zorg op twee campussen, ZAS Palfijn en ZAS Cadix met een vaste standplaats in ZAS Palfijn? Je werkt met de nieuwste ICU‑technologie en staat dicht bij patiënten in hun meest kritieke momenten. Samen met een hecht multidisciplinair team bewaak je kwaliteit, veiligheid en menselijkheid. Zoek je een uitdagende rol waar expertise en hart voor zorg samenkomen, dan is dit jouw volgende stap!

WAT?

  • Contract onbepaalde duur
  • ZAS Palfijn (2170, Merksem) en ZAS Cadix (2030, Antwerpen)
  • 38 uur/week (100%)
  • Je bent bereid om in een gevarieerd shiftensysteem te werken, zowel overdag als ‘s nachts en in weekends.

OVER DE JOB

  • Kritieke zorg op 2 campussen met vaste standplaats ZAS Palfijn — Je biedt totale, individuele en planmatige zorg aan intensieve‑zorgpatiënten op ZAS Palfijn en ZAS Cadix, met aandacht voor hun fysieke en psychosociale noden.
  • Geavanceerde intensieve‑zorgtechnieken — Je werkt met moderne en gespecialiseerde apparatuur zoals CVVH, PICCO en diverse invasieve en non‑invasieve beademingsvormen (o.a. NAVA en NO‑beademing), die je veilig, nauwkeurig en met technisch inzicht toepast.
  • Kwaliteit & veiligheid — Je bewaakt continu de kwaliteit van zorg, volgt procedures strikt op en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen de intensieve‑
  • Professionele uitvoering — Je voert verpleegkundige opdrachten van de arts correct en evidence‑based uit, volledig volgens de wettelijke bepalingen.
  • Teamwerking & verantwoordelijkheid — Je ondersteunt de hoofdverpleegkundige, neemt verantwoordelijkheid op wanneer nodig en draagt bij aan een vlotte, veilige en professionele werking op beide campussen.
  • Begeleiding & groei — Je begeleidt studenten en nieuwe collega’s warm en deskundig en draagt bij aan een sterke leer- en teamcultuur.

  • Gekwalificeerd verpleegkundige — Je hebt een bachelor verpleegkunde en een visum; een bijzondere beroepstitel Intensieve Zorgen en Spoed is een sterke troef.
  • Technisch & leergierig — Je voelt je thuis in een high‑tech omgeving en werkt graag met gespecialiseerde ICU‑apparatuur en monitoring.
  • Klinisch scherp — Je kan patiënten snel en juist inschatten, reageert adequaat op kritieke situaties en combineert professionaliteit met menselijkheid en humor.
