  • Contract onbepaalde duur
  • ZAS Middelheim (2020, Antwerpen)
  • 38 uur/week (100%)
  • Je bent bereid om in een gevarieerd shiftensysteem te werken, zowel overdag als ‘s nachts en in weekends.

OVER DE JOB

  • Totale zorg – Je biedt gepersonaliseerde, holistische en planmatige zorg die aansluit bij de lichamelijke en psychosociale behoeften van elke patiënt.
  • Complexe zorg – Je verzorgt patiënten met intensieve en complexe noden volgens de hoogstaande procedures van onze afdeling.
  • Kwaliteit & verbetering – Je bewaakt continu de kwaliteit van zorg en streeft naar optimalisatie van onze verpleegkundige dienstverlening.
  • Verpleegkundige opdrachten – Je voert nauwkeurig en zorgzaam taken uit die de behandelende artsen jou toevertrouwen, volledig conform de wet.
  • Administratie & begeleiding – Je draagt bij op administratief, technisch en huishoudelijk vlak.

OVER JOU

  • Diploma & visum – Je beschikt over een bachelor verpleegkunde; een bijzondere beroepstitel Intensieve zorgen en spoed is een pluspunt.
  • Technische expertise – Je hebt interesse in medische technologie en werkt graag met moderne, gespecialiseerde apparatuur.
  • Kritische inschatting – Je kunt patiënten goed beoordelen en reageert adequaat in kritieke situaties met professionaliteit en gezond verstand.
  • Nauwkeurig & stressbestendig – Je werkt veilig, hygiënisch en efficiënt, ook onder druk en met oog voor kosten.
  • Teamplayer – Je functioneert zelfstandig en in een multidisciplinair team, open voor feedback en samenwerking.
